Is your student missing any of the required shots for school? Or do they have an expired exemption form on file with the campus nurse??
IF SO, they MUST have an updated shot record/exemption to the school nurse by this FRIDAY, Aug 21!
***They risk being unenrolled from their classes if this is not done or prior arrangements have not been made with the nurse.(ex- appt made and first available is next week)
