A schedule of college readiness testing dates and fees for Goliad High School students in 2024-2025.

SAT

  • Practice Tests are available online to prepare yourself to take the SAT test.
  • Saturday tests are available to be taken outside of Goliad ISD, click here for more information on dates and registration guidelines.

  • Scores are available to students with a College Board account. To access your account, or to set up a new account, visit the College Board website.
  • While testing with us, we ask that you review and adhere to College Board’s Testing Rules
  • Students who wish to request accommodations on their SAT subject tests must fill out College Board’s Services for Students with Disabilities Form. Students 18 and older may complete the form themselves. Students under the age of 18 must obtain parental consent to release their IEP, 504, etc. information to College Board. Please contact Ms. Garcia or Mrs. Taylor if you are requesting accommodations for your school day exam.

ACT

PSAT/NMSQT

  • Students who take the PSAT/NMSQT and meet other program entry requirements specified in the PSAT/NMSQT Student Guide will enter the National Merit Scholarship Program, an academic competition for recognition and scholarships conducted by National Merit Scholarship Corporation (NMSC).
  • Goliad ISD is offering this digital exam to all Sophomores, free of charge. 
  • Parents can learn more about the PSAT/NMSQT by accessing the Parents Guide to PSAT/NMSQT.
  • Student information about the PSAT/NMSQT exam can be found in the Student Guide. Here, students can access test takeing advice, sample test materials, privacy policies, and terms and conditions.
  • PSAT/NMSQT scores are typically available online 4–6 weeks after the test administration via your College Board student account. To access your account, or to set up a new account, visit the College Board website.

PSAT 8/9

  • Goliad ISD is offering this digital exam to 8th and 9th graders. The exam is intended to assist students in preparing for the SAT test.

Out of District and/or Homeschooled students may call or email our Higher Education Testing Coordinators to register to test.
