Notice:

  • Should fields or gyms not be left in a clean condition, the District holds the right to not allow future use of Facilities for the reaminder of the season.
  • Facilities will be booked on a first come, first serve basis for all non-GISD events.
  • GISD events will supersede any agreements for rental or use.
  • Facility Use Form-Hold Harmless Agreement and Full Payment must be recevied prior to use.

Playoff Rental Fee – $1,750

Includes:

  • Administrator on Duty
  • Scorekeepers
  • Gatekeepers
  • Custodian
  • Concession Stands

 

Community Sponsored/Private Banquet, Dinner, Non-Athletic Event Fee – $1,200

Includes:

  • Use of Tables
    • Tables Set-up and Take-down by Renter
  • On-Duty Custodian
  • Campus Admin or Designee on-duty for Opening/Locking of Facility
  • General Floor Clean Up prior to Leaving
  • No Alcohol allowed on Property

 

GISD or Student Group Sponsored Banquet, Dinner, Non Athletic Event Fee – No Charge

Includes:

  • Use of Tables, Chairs, Stage
    • Tables Set-up and Take-down by Sposoring Group
  • General Floor Clean Up prior to Leaving
  • On-Duty Campus Administrator
  • On-Duty Custodian

GHS Auditorium

Community Rental Fee – $700

Includes:

  • General Floor/Stage
    • clean up prior to leaving
  • Use of Sound Booth
  • No Alcohol Allowed on Property
  • Camus Admin or Designee on Duty for opening/locking Facility

GES/GMS/GHS Cafeteria

Community Rental Fee – $500 for less than 4 hours

Community Rental Fee – $700 for more than 4 hours

Includes:

  • General Floor/Table/Stage
    • clean up prior to leaving
  • Table Use included and returned to Storage & Setup after leaving
  • No Alcohol Allowed on Property
  • Campus Admin or Designee on Duty for opening/locking facility

GISD Board Room

Community Rental Fee – $200 for less than 4 hours

Community Rental Fee – $500 for less than 4 hours

Includes:

  • General Floor/Table clean up prior to leaving
  • Table Use included and returned to Starage and Setup after leaving
  • No Alcohol Allowed on Property
  • Admin or Designee on Duty for opening/locking Facility

GISD Athletes 7-12th Participation in Non-UIL League Play (Summer/Fall)

Baseball/Softball Field Fee – $300 per Season

  • Any team that has athletes not enrole din GISD will be subject to league play fees.
  • No practice or use on weekend without GISD head coach approval.
  • Practices can be held on Tusdays and Thursdays only for up to 2 hours and must be offere to all GISD Athletes coordinated through head coach an dvolunteer summer coaches so all GISD athletes can get fundamental work together to improve program development.
  • Press box/Scoreboard will not be available.
  • No GISD material or equipment will be used for non-GISD Leagues including, but not limted to, paint and chalk.

Youth/Non-GISD League Play

Volleyball & Basketball: GYSL

Rental Fee: $300 per Season

  • Leagues may practice and play games at the MS, HS, & EC gyms
  • Scoreboard will be available upon request
  • Must provide your own balls/equipment.
  • Restrooms will be available.

League Responsibilities:

  • Gym and restroom clean up after each practice or game; including, but not limited to, placing all trash in the dumpster.
  • No street shoes allowed
  • No Concession Stand Use without prior approval from Athletics Director and Custodian Supervisor in writing.

Football: GYSL 

Baseball & Softball: GCLL

Rental Fee: $200 per day

$100 Fee for light usage, if evening play

  • Must provide your own balls/equipment.
  • Restrooms will be available.
  • Press box/Scoreboard will not be available unless authorized by GISD Administrator.
  • Concession tand will be made available.
    • must provide your own coolers/warmers
    • equipment int eh concession stand may not be used
  • No GISD material or equipmetn will be used for Non-GISD Leagues including, but not limted to, paint and chalk.
  • No practice will be allowed on the baseball or softball fields.
  • No tournaments will be allowed.
  • No Metal Cleat shoes allowed.
