Seniors can apply now at studentaid.gov.

WHAT IS FAFSA?

• The Free Application for Federal Student Aid

(FAFSA) is a free form that students use to apply for federal student aid: federal grants, work-study funds, and loans

• Many states and colleges use FAFSA information to determine eligibility for state and school aid. Some private financial aid providers may also use FAFSA information to determine eligibility.

WHAT DO I NEED?

• Internet access

• Social Security number for you and a guardian or parent

• 2023 Tax Return or have filed 2023 taxes

WHAT DO I DO?

• Create an account for yourself

• Create an account with a parent or guardian

• Start a new 2025-26 application

• Invite your parent or guardian to complete their portion of the application

• Electronically sign and submit
