What to Expect

The club will plan and create art at monthly meetings with materials and subjects that are approved by Mrs. Aleman. 

The club will have 2 fundraisers to help with the cost of materials for art and to attend a field trip to an art-related destination at the end of the school year. 

Elections

The club votes for a president, vice president, secretary, and treasury officers at the May meeting. 

Officer Positions

  • President:  leads meetings,helps organize activities, and explains activities of the club to members and the public.
  • Vice President: Assists and steps in for the president in their absence. 
  • Secretary: Takes minutes, attendance, and assists the president with emails to the school office about club information/announcements. 
  • Treasurer: Records sales and notifies the club of the current budget. 

Rules

  • Must be passing all classes

  • Actively participate in art projects and fundraisers

  • Respectful of teachers, club members and school rules 

  • Attend at least 5 meetings to be eligible for officer positions or the field trip
