Open System Preferences and go to Keyboard:

Select the Advanced tab. Make sure the box for "Press Tab to highlight each item on a webpage" is checked.

Principles of engineering students at Goliad High School this week were tasked with building a mousetrap car out of limited materials (dowel rods, wheels of various sorts, popsicle sticks, and string).

The purpose was to help students understand the engineering design process and to know its an evolving process that is constantly adjusting.
