Perry, Franke recognized as Students Athletes of the Month

Braylon Perry and Ashtyn Franke were named Student Athletes of the Month for October by Wendy Yanta Insurance.

Both received Whataburger gift cards as part of their recognition.

Franke, a Goliad High School sophomore, will compete Saturday at the State Cross Country Meet in Round Rock.

Perry is a senior at the high school and running back on the Tiger Varsity Football team.

Congratulations to both these outstanding athletes.
