A recent donation of tools to Goliad High School will help students perfect the trade they are pursing.
“The Goliad County Sheriff's Office donated a variety of tools, which will be used for working on projects and teaching students how to work on motors and pieces of equipment to get them running,” said Nathan Hammack, agriculture science teacher. “They also donated hand tools and power tools for metal work and carpentry.”
In additional, a few saws, wrenches, hammers and measuring tools were donated to help the program.
“These are going to be incredibly helpful in making sure our students are the most prepared for a future and a career,” Hammack said.
